Macarons
Each package of Macarons contains 5 delicate, bite-sized sandwich cookies with light, crisp shells. Each macaron is made with finely ground almonds, whipped egg whites, and sugar, creating a naturally flourless cookie with a soft, chewy center. The shells are paired with a flavorful filling—such as buttercream, ganache, or fruit cream.
Cupcakes
Rich, moist and perfectly indulgent. Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and Lemon available with a smooth buttercream frosting. Comes in packages of 6 Cupcakes.
Our Story
Our cottage food business was born from both love and necessity. Over 20 years ago, my husband was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and finding safe, delicious baked goods quickly became a challenge. Baking has always been my passion, so I set out to create gluten-free treats that never felt like a compromise.
What started in my home kitchen turned into years of testing ingredients, perfecting techniques, and refining recipes. I was determined to create baked goods made without gluten that still delivered the taste, texture, and comfort of traditional favorites.
Before long, family and friends began requesting these treats for holidays, gatherings, and everyday moments. Many couldn’t believe they were gluten-free. Their encouragement—and the joy of sharing food everyone could enjoy—sparked the idea to bring these recipes to the community.
Today, I’m proud to offer carefully crafted, small-batch baked goods made in my home kitchen using trusted gluten-free ingredients and recipes perfected over time. Every item is made with care, intention, and the same commitment to quality that started it all—so you can feel confident serving them to your family and friends.
